The Transportation Officer is responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to operational sites. The role ensures compliance with transportation regulations, company safety standards, and project schedules.

• • Coordinate transportation services for employees, visitors, and contractors;
• • Schedule and monitor vehicle movements to operational sites and camps;
• • Manage transportation requests and route planning;
• • Ensure vehicles are maintained, inspected, and compliant with company standards;
• • Monitor driver performance and compliance with road safety regulations;
• • Maintain transportation records, fuel consumption reports, and vehicle utilization data;
• • Coordinate emergency transportation requirements when needed;
• • Support logistics operations related to material deliveries and equipment mobilization;
• • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and transportation procedures;
• • Investigate transportation incidents and prepare reports;

• • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field;
• • Defensive driving or fleet management certification is advantageous;
• • Minimum 3 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience;
• • Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Mining, or large infrastructure projects preferred;
• • Fleet management systems;
• • Route planning and logistics coordination;
• • Microsoft Office applications;
• • Knowledge of transport regulations and HSE requirements;
