The Parts Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, inventory control, and dispatch of parts in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• • Exercise judgment on escalation decisions;
• • Communicate and ensure the execution of parts indemnity requests (ensure communication of excess or missing supplies or damages and the submission of indemnity requests);
• • Communicate deficiencies in contamination control;
• • Understand and improve all audit findings in the area of responsibilities;
• • Ensure full understanding of warehouse processes and guarantee adherence to the processes daily;
• • Provide assistance in daily audits of containers and stock counts, when necessary;
• • Ensure compliance with the specific KPIs of the task (e.g., collection waiting times);
• • Assist with return shipments, when applicable (central consolidation or supplier return shipments);
• • Load vehicles according to the transport loading schedule;
• • Ensure that the activities assigned for the day are fully completed on the day, communicate underutilization to the supervisor;
• • Ensure that all parts are properly stored and protected according to the prescribed standards and good practice guidelines;

• • Proven professional experience as a warehouse worker;
• • Proficiency in software, databases, and inventory systems;
• • Familiarity with modern storage practices and methods;
• • Good organizational and time management skills;
• • Ability to lift heavy objects;
• • Current forklift license;
• • Senior national certificate;
• • 4 to 6 years of experience in warehousing and distribution (supply chain management);
• • Experience working on the Windows platform, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• • Experience working in ERP systems (preferably) practical detailed experience - (SAP EWM or WH);
• • Additional advantage - Forklift license, first aid experience, ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery;
