Descrição

CBE Southern Africa is recruiting for one of our clients qualified professionals from the oil and gas sector to supervise and execute construction projects. The ideal candidates should have solid experience in site supervision, team management, and subcontractor coordination.


Requisitos

  • Graduated in engineering / accounting or equivalent higher technical course;
  • 3-5 years experience in a construction environment or project-based work site; 
  • Knowledge of oil industry operations practices;
  • Knowledge of mechanics and electricity with the ability to intervene in the event of a breakdown of the facilities;
  • Ability to supervise and manage work teams;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Good analysis and computer skills.

Funções

  • Responsible for stock management, equipment and personnel, daily terminal work, supervision of subcontracted workers;
  • Monitoring and taking corrective actions to ensure that the operational losses that occur are within the maximum allowable parameters and responsible for the implementation of procedures and work instructions;
  • Management of the team, work material and consumables;
  • Chairing monthly security meetings and following up on corrective actions, ensuring the issuance of minutes and reports for later sending the direction of logistics;
  • IMS program manager, Evarisk, risck assessments and emergency exercises and ensuring their implementation at the Twigg Mine terminal;
  • Coordinate regular and periodic safety training for contractors and service providers in accordance with the company's safety regulations and objectives.
  • Monitor the bulk stock at the terminal on a daily basis (SAP & Petrostock) and check the tank log book / daily tank reconciliation, make a daily stock position assessment and submit the direction of operations;
  • Investigate / analyze and present the daily results of losses verified at the terminal to the DL and investigate product variations in the tanks;
  • Ensure that the D + 1 stock reports are sent to the central management and ensure that SAP temperatures are updated (7 am, 12 pm and 3 pm);
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
