Implements the sales and credit policy defined by the Network Director; Proposes the qualitative and quantitative objectives for the Fuel and Non Fuel activities and manages achievements along the year; Recruit new dealers as per the group procedures and practices , and negotiate in order to sign the contract and Assess dealer performance Ensure profitability achievement using the provided tools (PNL, TEMPO,…) Supervises the Top Service campaigns and associated animation events (dealers’ convention, pump attendant contest...); Organize the training sessions for the Network teams and stations staff so to develop the organization competences, in connection with the DC Trainer Prospect new plots and partners in its region with assistance of its sales forces, according to the Network development strategy defined by the CD(Commercial Director) Ensures the respect and implementation of the HSEQ norms and procedures on the stations;
