1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
2. Operations Management, and Transportation.Computer literacy
3. use of Microsoft Office Package. At least 10 years of experience within logistics/freight forwarding/shipping.
4. Having a strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
5. Language skills: Fluent in local language, Portuguese and English

1. Full commercial responsibility (for segment).
2. Expand and maintain customer base.
3. Budgeting responsibility (for segment).
4. Increase total volumes and long-term profitability.
5. Responsible for ensuring that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are
6. communicated to the management and are fulfilled.
7. Responsible for maintaining a good overview of the local market including but not limited to
8. construction projects, transport requirements, oil & gas, energy segments and the underlying trends.
9. Responsible for identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
10. Responsible for maintaining a foreseeable cost development (for segment).
11. Manage staff in department/segment.
12. Market and sell all group services on both domestic and international markets.
13. Develop and improve marketing material with the support from managing director and Tschudi’s
14. marketingdepartment.
15. Grow TMZ trough expanding client database.
16. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and
17. information on market and creative trend
