Requisitos


•    Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
•    Good English and Portuguese (written & speaking)
•    In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
•    Undergraduate degree or diploma or relevant experience of at least 4 years
•    Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
•    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
•    Professional level verbal and written communications skills
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. 
•    Enjoys dealing with people, creating and maintaining relationships.

Funções


•    Undertake desk-based research to support the Business Development team in identifying new lead opportunities.
•    Develop and maintain personal knowledge of the oil and gas industry; market trends and regulatory environment.
•    Preparing for and supporting events, partner/supplier visits and meetings etc
•    Assist with account management activity, for example attending meetings with the relevant team member, recording minutes, updating CRM etc.
•    Manage and maintain client and supplier database.
•    Accurately maintain the CRM system, completing visit reports on behalf of the team and assisting the Business Development Officer with the development of the system and providing management information and reports, as required.
•    Adopt a co-operative and positive style of working with other Friburge Staff and with partner organisations.
•    Assist in the company’s tendering activity, e.g. identifying tender opportunities assist and reviewing submissions.
•    Track the success of sales leads and following up unsuccessful proposals.
•    Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
