Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company: maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.


1.    Technical in Civil Buildings.
2.    Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
3.    Experience in supervision of concrete buildings, steel buildings, factories, residences, roads works and water and sewage systems.
4.    Should possess Basic knowledge of using AutoCAD, MS Office and MS Project   preferred.
5.    Ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese both verbally and in writing; English helpful.


•    Facility Manager may be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. Areas of responsibility include:
•    Quotation management (own area of coverage);
•    Buildings, landscape, internal roads, water and sewage maintenance;
•    Utilities and communications infrastructure in cooperation with Electrical and IT team;
•    Overall responsible for the day-to-day facility related operations, with budget accountability (cost center).
•    Report and make recommendations to the GEO Head on management strategies, including process improvements and best practices.
•    Set up and control the yearly cost budget.
•    Ensure implementation of effective facility management policies.
•    Review and manage all operational management systems including preventive and corrective maintenance, term contract works.
•    Negotiate with service providers and contractors to effect cost reductions with regards to facilities.
•    Directs and plans essential central services in coordination with the Quality Department the waste disposal and recycling;
•    Checks that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily with quality and following up on any deficiencies;
•    Follow the work plan, execution and controlling quantities of work done are executed within budget guidelines
•    Read and understand architects, structural and Hydraulics design from the internal and consulting companies. 
•    Cross verification of all designs and bill of quantities.
•    Supervise work done by contractors, subcontractors and maintenance companies.
•    Provide suggestions on improving the assets.
•    Maintain all the records in files. 
•    Maintain updated weekly reports and schedules of all activities.
•    Liaise with Legal department for getting the license issued from government on technical matters. 
•    To be in touch with the market prices and gather correct prices.
